Level of orders

The total value of KION’s order intake rose by 10.3 percent to €2,985.4 million in the first quarter of 2026 (Q1 2025: €2,706.2 million). Customer demand was much improved in the reporting period in both operating segments, not yet having been noticeably affected by the geopolitical turbulence triggered by the war in Iran.

The Group’s order book increased to €5,138.9 million as at March 31, 2026 (December 31, 2025: €4,892.3 million*). Currency effects had a positive impact on the order book, increasing it by €56.4 million.
