Changes on the Executive Board and Supervisory Board

In April 2026, the Supervisory Board of KION GROUP AG extended the contract of current Executive Board member Hans Michael Larsson with effect from January 1, 2027. His contract has been extended by a further three years to December 31, 2029.

Dr. Alexander Dibelius, Kui Jiang, and Dr. Shaojun Sun stepped down from the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2026. The Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2026 elected Zhao Jin, Dr. Ralf Krieger, and Dr. Decheng Wang as new members of the Supervisory Board.
