Material events after the reporting date

On July 20, 2026, KION GROUP AG agreed to acquire a stake in a company that offers robotics and software solutions. The total purchase consideration is in the low-triple-digit millions of euros. Full completion of the transaction is still subject to the usual conditions precedent and is not expected to take place before the fourth quarter of 2026.
