46. Auditors' fees

The fees for the auditor of the consolidated financial statements (KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft) in 2025, which were recognized as an expense, amounted to €3.2 million (2024: €4.2 million) for the audit of the financial statements, €0.3 million (2024: €0.4 million) for other attestation services, and €0.0 million (2024: €0.5 million) for other services. The other attestation services mainly related to the voluntary limited assurance engagement in respect of the Group sustainability report.
