Active investor relations

KION GROUP AG’s investor relations team was once again a reliable point of contact for the capital markets in 2025. The new ‘Playing to Win’ strategy and the consequences of the current trade disputes on the supply chain industry and the KION Group were among the topics that prompted extensive, active dialogue with the capital markets.

With the publication of the 2024 annual report on February 27, 2025, the Executive Board of KION GROUP AG elaborated the results at the financial statements press conference and at a conference call for analysts and investors. In addition, the Executive Board held conference calls to report on each set of quarterly results. Transcripts from the conference calls for the 2024 annual results and 2025 quarterly results, along with the associated presentations, form part of the extensive information for analysts and investors that is available on the Company’s website.

KION GROUP AG’s 2025 Annual General Meeting was held as an in-person event in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on May 27, 2025. A total of around 120 shareholders were represented. All questions were answered individually during the meeting. There were no countermotions, nominations, or requests for additions to the agenda. The KION Group’s consistent implementation of its sustainability strategy garnered recognition in several different ways in the reporting year. In September 2025, the KION Group was awarded a Platinum rating by EcoVadis for the first time, positioning it among the top 1 percent of the companies assessed. In February 2025, KION GROUP AG was included in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Europe Index, which comprises European sustainability leaders.
